Printerco integration

I’m requesting a direct integration with PrinterCo because reliable, instant order alerts are critical to my platform’s operation. PrinterCo not only supports seamless ticket printing but also provides built-in sound notifications through its app, which ensures vendors are immediately aware of new orders without relying on unreliable browser or tablet notifications. This significantly reduces the risk of missed orders, improves kitchen response times, and creates a more dependable experience for both vendors and customers. Integrating PrinterCo would allow to maintain a consistent, fail-safe alert system across all vendors while keeping operations simple and efficient.

Loyverse POS

I use screens in store to pop-up all the orders and would like to know if there is any possibility to integrate your system into loyverse so once I confirm the order it displays on the same order screen as an online order

Order times

On a previous software we used we could input a delivery or collection time for each order. Just for when it’s quieter or busier we can adjust times on the fly and to keep customers up to date. Either that or even like how most delivery apps work where you have your time set up but can add on time in 5/10 minute increments

On OpenTable there are quick buttons to add important notes regular guests.

Wait and return feature

On orders that will require wait and return we should be able to request it from storekit . Every time Ive ordered it separately from orkestro it's caused a problem .

Separate receipt for customers and kitchen staffs

It'll be good to have a receipt for kitchen staffs who can't read English but can read a language they understand to be integrated in the system. So when customers place an order, they will get the English version and kitchen staff can get a version in their language. This will make it easier for staffs who cannot read English.
