December 8th, 2025

  • X Free modifiers

    Create flexible bundles and boost upsell revenue by letting guests pick a defined number of free modifiers in a group. Additional modifiers are charged automatically.

  • Content analytics

    You can now analyse the performance of your store banners and other in-menu content with view and click counts.

🐛 Bug fixes

  • We now wait for item and category images to complete uploading before you can save them, preventing missing images

  • When an order contained 24 or more items, Nash was unable to dispatch to certain couriers - we now cap the sum of items sent to Nash at 23

  • We fixed a bug when modifiers were set to print as items, allergen and ingredient information was incomplete in catering PDF labels. When a modifier is printed as a separate item, it now correctly combines the parent item's tags and ingredients with the modifier's own tags and ingredients

  • Deliverect integrated menus sometimes displayed modifier options in the wrong order, now fixed

November 3rd, 2025

  • Default & multi-select modifiers
    Modifier groups now support default selections and multi-quantity options — making it easier to pre-select popular add-ons or allow customers to choose multiples of the same modifier. Finally!


  • Sequential order codes
    You can now use sequential customer-facing order codes (e.g. 001, 002, 003) instead of random strings. They can reset every day, weekly, or once they reach a max number you decide.

  • Payout reporting

    The new Payout Report lets you see all past and upcoming payouts in one place. Plus, we’ve added statement descriptors to help you reconcile payments faster with your bank feed.

  • Pedal Me integration upgrade — choose the right cargo size automatically based on each order’s total value.

  • Better catering labels — PDF labels can now print modifiers as individual items for clearer prep and packing.

🎨 Design & branding

  • You can now choose how much detail to show for each menu item — from 0 to 3 lines of description text.

  • Change the quick add button background and icon colours to match your brand

  • Store selection view - If you have multiple stores at the same location, customers will now see a store count indicator in the selection view for easier navigation.

  • A new “Add more” button in the basket on mobile encourages customers to keep browsing and boost average order value.

🐛 Bug fixes

  • More than one store connected to the same lightspeed business location prevented out of stock changes working correctly

  • The Leat integration has been improved to fix occasional authentication issues leading to missing points

  • Changing an address at the checkout stage didn’t re-check delivery zones for validity or apply any changes in delivery fees

  • Macro nutrients & ingredients

    The product detail view now automatically displays macro nutrient and ingredient information for any items where you’ve added nutritional data

  • Multi-language menus
    Guests can now browse your menu in their preferred language. Available first for Lightspeed K-Series and Deliverect integrated stores. We’ll import menu item translations for each language you’ve setup in your connected system

  • Lightspeed automatic stock sync
    Menu item availability and stock count is now automatically updated by Lightspeed for integrated stores in real-time. Requires the latest Lightspeed version on your iPads.

  • Allergen & dietary filters
    You can now enable and customise allergen and dietary filters in the Store Designer. This makes it easy for guests to filter your menu based on their dietary needs and allergen preferences.

August 8th, 2025

  • Highlight your best performing menu items with the new featured items grid. Choose each item individually or turn on the AI based trending items feed

  • Blocked order logs now show exactly why and when a guest was prevented from placing an order. Whether it’s due to out-of-stock items, the store being closed or snoozed, invalid discounts, or any other reason storekit blocks an order, you can now view a complete record of all blocked attempts

  • Miss-spelled email checks help prevent guests entering an incorrect email address with automatic suggestions against common email domains

  • Leat Orders API you can now enable the new Leat orders API to build sophisticated product and category level loyalty rewards

  • AI upsells now use the real time weather at your store location to provide better, more relevant recommendations

  • Okrestro now displays the order code instead of the order ID in the Orkestro dashboard to help match orders between systems more easily

  • Custom button fonts can now be set to uppercase in the store designer

  • Lightspeed menu sync now keeps any manual changes you’ve made to item tags, for example Vegan, Vegetarian tags not supported by Lightspeed. Items tagged as alcohol in Lightspeed will now have the storekit Alcohol tag applied

🐛 Bug fixes

  • The Pin-on-map delivery address distance check could be bypassed if the user only zoomed without panning the map

  • We sent an incorrect total number of items to Nash

  • The Orkestro chat widget sometimes obscured order level notes

  • Menu items with a value of 0 set for calories didn’t display correctly

  • On windows computers we always showed a scroll bar in the basket unnecessarily

  • Delivery maximum distances now correctly show in kilometres / miles depending on your country

  • When the same modifier group was added twice or more to one product, auto scroll to the next group was broken

June 19th, 2025

  • Store designer our most exciting release to date gives you unmatched customisation of your store in a few clicks. You have early access to parts of the new designer in store settings → design, look out for full access and our public launch in the coming week

  • Auto ready setting advances order status automatically from In Prep ➜ Ready for Pickup (or Out for Delivery) the moment they reach their estimated‑ready time

  • Customise the item notes label and placeholder toRewrite both the label and placeholder text for the “Add a note” field so guests know exactly which off‑menu tweaks you’re happy to accommodate

  • Pay at table tip settings now allow you to easily change the additional gratuity label and explanation text. Plus, we now auto select the first available option so you can set a default tip amount on each bill

  • Guest controlled order batching gives guests control to close an order batch early and send their order to the POS straight away

  • Stricter allergen compliance with a new popup shown before the guest can interact with the menu, we’ll ask if they have an allergen. If they do, ordering will be disabled

  • Integrated Menu syncs are now up to 10x faster, with most completing within a few seconds

  • Live orders sound notifications should be more reliable, and display an error message when we’re unable to play the sound due to browser settings

  • Deliverect integrated stores can now choose to ignore deliverect busy mode updates to prevent unwanted store closures

  • PedalMe return jobs setting to auto create a return job to retrieve hot bags or other items when creating direct PedalMe deliveries

  • Comtrex reliability has been improved with a smarter failed order and payment retry mechanism

  • Best available discount logic now improved to allow creating multiple auto discounts and the store will automatically apply the best valid discount to the basket for the customer

  • Pay at table bills screen now let’s you filter by storekit payments and displays an icon next to each bill with at least one storekit payment

  • Instant menu imports for new stores, you can now instantly import an existing online menu from Deliveroo, UberEats + 50 more sources

  • Store closed message now supports rich text so you can include a link to redirect customers elsewhere when a store is snoozed or closed

  • Cross sell popup now also displays on desktop when clicking Next: Checkout

🐛 Bug fixes

  • Table-specific QR codes occasionally didn’t correctly set the table on scanning the QR code

  • We’ve disabled category and item dragging on the edit menu screen to make it easier to scroll on any touch enabled device

  • The test button for storekit printers wasn’t working

  • We now send the delivery notes to Pedal Me for direct deliveries

  • Deliverect dispatch driver updates weren’t always displayed correctly

  • Store selection landing page search defaulted to the user’s current location rather than the store / account country

  • The delivery fee was non-selectable when using the refund line item selection

🐛 Bug fixes

  • Lightspeed K-Series very occasionally had order failures due to an API authentication bug

  • Dashboard stats always showed the percentage increase in yellow even if >5%

  • In some cases, items without an image covered the dietary tags with the quick add button

  • The order refund modal wasn’t scrollable on some mobile devices

  • Using the native share button on mobile devices to share a store sent an incorrect link

  • Quick add interactions on the menu give customers a faster way to build their basket and checkout. Products with modifier options will still open the modal to help drive upsells and customisation

  • Item note inputs can now be shown expanded by default when customers view a product

February 23rd, 2025

  • AI suggestions over the next few weeks we’ll be introducing AI driven upsells throughout the guest journey to suggest highly relevant additional items

  • Order summaries on mobile devices give customers a way to double check their order with all discounts and gratuity applied before they tap pay on the checkout screen

  • Order timelines now give you even more information about the order lifecycle; understand exactly when an order status was updated, order marked as delayed, POS integration synced, etc.

🐛 Bug fixes

  • When customers placed an order for a sold out item or snoozed category we didn’t always show which items were unavailable

  • Snoozed items were not excluded from menus published on OpenTable

  • Bulk accepting orders sometimes returned an error

  • Diet icons can now be tapped to view the description (e.g. Vegetarian or Vegan) on mobile devices without opening the menu item

January 20th, 2025

  • Snooze menu items quickly from the menu editor to temporarily disable items for a chosen duration, items will automatically become available once the snooze has ended

  • Limit % discounts with a maximum monetary amount to keep promotion spend in check. For instance, you can now set up a discount that gives guests 10% off an order, capped at £15 in total

  • Modifier images are now automatically imported from Deliverect + Lightspeed K-series, sync your menu to try it out 📸

  • Item images are now displayed in super high resolution on devices that support 3x pixel density

  • Multi selection modifier groups now visually disable additional options when the maximum quantity has been reached

  • Special opening hours can now include multiple time periods on the same date

  • Product videos load more quickly and will show a thumbnail if the video fails to load.

🐛 Bug fixes

  • When all required modifier groups have been completed, we no longer scroll back to the first group after finishing the last required group.

  • We have prevented duplicate point collection for Pay at table and Leat-integrated stores.
