Multi-language menus, menu item filtering and nutrition + Lightspeed stock sync

  • Macro nutrients & ingredients

    The product detail view now automatically displays macro nutrient and ingredient information for any items where you’ve added nutritional data

  • Multi-language menus
    Guests can now browse your menu in their preferred language. Available first for Lightspeed K-Series and Deliverect integrated stores. We’ll import menu item translations for each language you’ve setup in your connected system

  • Lightspeed automatic stock sync
    Menu item availability and stock count is now automatically updated by Lightspeed for integrated stores in real-time. Requires the latest Lightspeed version on your iPads.

  • Allergen & dietary filters
    You can now enable and customise allergen and dietary filters in the Store Designer. This makes it easy for guests to filter your menu based on their dietary needs and allergen preferences.

  • Import .KML files to quickly create delivery zones for your stores

  • Menu items now appear as out of stock on the menu if the item has a required modifier group with no available options

  • Ready for pickup + cancelled order status changes now trigger a webhook notification

  • Lightspeed coursing can now be setup to better group items and modifiers on kitchen tickets

  • Menu CSV exports now include modifier availability status

  • Bottle deposits are now displayed when set in deliverect and your store is located in a relevant country

  • Order batching is now supported for Stream integrated stores

  • UI Translations for Italian, Spanish, French have been updated across the guest facing app

  • Custom map styles now apply to the store map shown on mobile when checking out a pickup order

  • 🇻🇳 Vietnam is now supported

  • Allergen info is now accessible when using card style modifiers

  • Live orders has a new “Ops” tab with quick access to order snoozing and prep time settings

  • Courier status updates are now sent to deliverect, so stores can know when a driver is on the way, almost arrived and arrived

  • Challenge 25 messaging can now be enabled in the store designer to replace the are you over 18 check for items containing alcohol

🐛 Bug fixes

  • Lightspeed K-Series items within a sub group weren’t importing the item image correctly

  • Tissl pay at table bills now correctly remove “cancelled” items
