✨ AI suggestions preview & more

  • AI suggestions over the next few weeks we’ll be introducing AI driven upsells throughout the guest journey to suggest highly relevant additional items

  • Order summaries on mobile devices give customers a way to double check their order with all discounts and gratuity applied before they tap pay on the checkout screen

  • Order timelines now give you even more information about the order lifecycle; understand exactly when an order status was updated, order marked as delayed, POS integration synced, etc.

✨ Also improved

  • Team management & user profiles have been refreshed. You can now upload a profile picture and account “owners” can remove other members without needing to ask support

  • Menu CSV imports & exports now filter out product tags into allergens, may contain allergens and diets so you can check allergen compliance faster

  • Menu list view now displays a quick glance “availability” statistic so you can quickly understand how many of your items are currently available

  • Snoozing an item no longer refreshes and scrolls to the top of the menu 🎉

  • 🇳🇱 Nederlands language support for store UI

  • 🇩🇰 Danish Krone is now a supported currency for card payments

  • 🏝️ Costa Rica & Panama store address support added

  • Your tax ID if set in Stores → General Settings → Tax ID is now included in confirmation emails to customers

  • Discounts can now be limited to apply on only card or only cash payments, reach out to support to enable this feature

  • Comtrex orders can now be cancelled and removed from the till if within 45 mins of the scheduled promise time

  • Display low stock notices on items automatically when inventory falls below 10 available to drive urgency and keep customers informed. Ask on chat to activate this feature.

🐛 Bug fixes

  • When customers placed an order for a sold out item or snoozed category we didn’t always show which items were unavailable

  • Snoozed items were not excluded from menus published on OpenTable

  • Bulk accepting orders sometimes returned an error

  • Diet icons can now be tapped to view the description (e.g. Vegetarian or Vegan) on mobile devices without opening the menu item
