Add the option to disable the display of the current fulfillment under the menu header image

Add an option to disable or enable the display of the fulfillment method under the menu banner image (for example, "Pre-order for Pickup"). For stores that only have a single fulfilment type displaying this is redundant and interferes with the branding.
