We often receive large orders one after the other, so we might receive an order for 6 pizzas at 6pm, and then 8 pizzas at 6.05pm. This will throw our timing out.
I know we can delay an order, but if we have pre-orders throughout the night, delaying or snoozing doesn't work.
A very easy fix would be if there was a page with all available slots for the current evening and we could just block the ones where we need to make back time.
So in the example above, we could just block out 6.10pm and perhaps 6.15pm.
This also allows us to take a phone order or walk-in customer and block a time slot for their order.
It would allow the kitchen time to allocate orders better without falling behind schedule.
