An easier way to click out of stock

We have two menus, one for collection, one for eat in. They are largely identical. This is one example that happened to us the other day. We ran out of mushrooms. We have mushrooms on 6 dishes on each menu +the add mushrooms modifier. I worked through both sites, 12 dishes in total, 2 modifiers, clicking save twice. Emergency over! But then a ticket printed for a dish I forgot to click out of stock! I know my menu is probably an extreme in terms of repitition and complexity, but the way storekit is designed at this stage doesn't allow easy & FOOL PROOF out of stock clicking. One additional issue is introduction of the upsell feature, having separate menu items for that adds another dish if I were to choose to upsell mushroom pizzas. So would be 14 dishes, 2 modifiers and 2 saves. A potential solution would be to have a master store and/or a search feature where you just search mushrooms and all the dishes and modifiers pop up and u can just go through clicking out of stock and you can be sure you haven't missed any.
