Customise email workflow to allow exclusion or inclusion of certain emails in the order process

The current workflow sends at least 5 separate emails for each order event. This feature would allow us to manually select which events in the order process actually trigger an email to allow for reduced customer spam and a more streamlined customer interaction flow during the order journey.
