Dedicated Modifier Management Page & Modifier Sync Button

Currently we have to go through a menu item to access modifiers. A separate ‘modifiers’ page dedicated to just managing modifiers would be helpful. Then we only have to access a menu item to assign the already made modifier.

Also please add a feature to ‘unlink’ changes on a modifier group on a specific item. Say we have an ‘extras’ modifier group already made, but for a specific item we need to remove or add options to the extras group, we currently have to create a whole new modifier group to do this, as any changes to the modifier group on one item will change it on all. A simple ‘link’ button to disable the sync would be helpful.
