Delivery notes printed on all dockets

Can the delivery notes be printed on ALL dockets, not just for 3rd delivery services. We use in house drivers and the notes which customers enter (which they rightly assume should be on the docket) do not print on the dockets. Causing confusion for both deliver driver and customer!!
