Enable staff to submit orders without checkout

It would be great if staff could use this system to take drinks orders from seated customers and submit to the bar without the checkout stage. So one staff member submits the order, the ticket prints behind the bar with order and total price for staff member two to mix the drinks. Staff member one then collects drinks from bar along with a card machine with the total price, delivers drinks and takes payment.
