Feature Request: Enable Late Same-Day Orders Without Extending Pre-Order Slots

Ability to accept same-day orders up until the last minute before closing (e.g., 21:59), even if prep time pushes the pickup time beyond the shop’s official closing hours. Currently, the system only allows orders until 21:30 because prep time is validated against the last pickup slot. While extending operational or shop hours allows later same-day orders, it also unintentionally extends pre-order timeslots for future days. The requested improvement is to support late same-day orders without affecting pre-order scheduling, providing merchants greater flexibility while maintaining the existing pre-order behaviour.
