It would be really useful if we could see recent customer ratings of their orders. For example, if there was a problem with their last order, we would know in advance and could do some groundwork to win the customer back.
Right now, there’s no way of knowing if a customer wasn’t happy with their previous order, which makes it harder to respond proactively and rebuild trust.
