Follow up: Request for updates and feature Enhancements

We went live with our new website recently. We’ve received a fair amount of feedback from our customers most of it positive but it’s essential to address the constructive criticisms to enhance customer satisfaction.

I have spoken to Tristan Larcey today and he said I can raise my requests through here.

Below is a list of updates and features we’d like it to implemented at your earliest convenience:

1. Card Payment Indicator: Ensure the word “CARD” is displayed at the top of receipts, similar to “CASH,” orders for a better experience for our staff.

2. Restrict Cash Promo Feature: Prevent customers from using cash-only promotions when paying by card.

3. Order Type Clarity: Currently, every order is labelled as “Pre Order” on receipts, which causes confusion for our staff. Please differentiate between “ASAP” and “Pre Order” options to reflect the customer’s intent accurately.

4. Order Timestamp on Receipts: Include the exact time of the customer’s order on the receipt for better clarity during busy hours.

5. Reorder Feature: Customers are unable to reorder their last orders. Adding an order history feature is critical for providing convenience and improving the user experience.

6. Search for Items with Modifiers: Improve the search functionality to include dishes with modifiers, making it easier for customers to find specific items.

7. Delivery Notes on Receipts: While delivery notes are visible on the online dashboard and Shipday, they don’t appear on receipts. This information is vital for drivers and should be included.

8. Weekly Payouts: I can see there's about five payouts. Can we streamline this process by consolidating them into a single payout once or twice a week, similar to how JustEat operates? This would make it easier for us to track and manage payments.
