Lock catering stores with a PIN or similar means

Catering stores often require the use of cash in order to allow for payment on invoice. This can result in abuse of the system or non-catering approved customers placing orders. Setting up a per-customer pin or password to ensure that only authorised customers are eligible to place orders would prevent this and ensure that checks and balances can be put in place for catering stores (application for approval and similar).
