Manually create orders in back office

The ability to manually create orders in the back office for customers and send them a payment link to finalise the orders. This is particularly important for catering orders.

Full control over order creation so any date and time (even if it’s not available within the wider settings) can be settings. In addition the ability to create ad hoc products that are not within a menu, so to cater to orders that have more irregular menus; typical of that in the catering market.
