Allow menu to be filtered by products that are either inherently suitable for a particular group of customers, or may be prepared as such given a modifier being applied.

This might mean:

• Gluten-free: those products which are gluten-free, and those which are not but can be modified to make them gluten-free (e.g. a pasta dish where the pasta is substituted for a gluten-free pasta, or pizza where the base is similarly substituted).

• Halal: those products which are Halal, or can be prepared differently in such a way that means they are suitable for someone following a Halal diet (e.g. not using wine during cooking process).

This would allow us to offer a one-click option for customers requiring gluten-free, Halal or similar to see what’s suitable beyond just those dishes which are appropriate by default (and have the corresponding gluten-free/Halal allergen tags set).
