Minimum order value JUST for Delivery

Can you create a minimum order value only for delivery purposes when creating a code in the marketing section, in the limits section? But there will be no limit on a purchase when the client uses the same discount code when he comes and pick up from shop?

Example

We are subsidising an amount of cost from the delivery, but for us in order to be feasabile, we need the discount code to be used for example over 30 or 40 euros
