Nested Modifiers

Would it be possible to add modifiers within modifiers, sometimes called nested modifiers?

For example, a customer might first select an option such as “Make it a meal”, and only if they choose this, a second set of options would appear allowing them to choose their drink and side.

At the moment, all modifier options appear at the same level, which can make the ordering process confusing and create unnecessary choices for customers who have not selected the main option.

Is this functionality currently available, or could it be considered as a feature request?
