Option for archiving products (eg. seasonal ones)

I can only see an option for deleting items or listing them as out of stock.

Would be helpful to be able to archive them so that we still have the photos, allergen info when they’re available again and so that customers can’t see the products as they’re technically not out of stock, just not available.
