Pick-Up Time Slot Lock Window

Allow pick-up time slots to have a short “lock” window during which the slot becomes unavailable once it reaches a set limit, preventing multiple orders from overlapping. Each pick-up time slot should have an order limit of 2. Once the limit is reached, the slot becomes temporarily unavailable for a short window (e.g., 10 minutes). Users should see unavailable time slots as greyed out or otherwise clearly marked.
