Pre order slots: Whole slot to be shown in confirmation email and order status

When a customer selects 10am-2pm delivery, they receive confirmation emails confirming a '10am delivery', rather than a '10am-2pm delivery slot'.
A lot of customers are calling or emailing worried that their orders are missing or checking what time to expect their orders
