An option to control turn off pre order time is better

Having both option is good sometimes when we forget to disable it we have customers pre ordering for different times during opening hours. Most of our orders during opening hours are for collection straight away after preparation time same with the deliveries. This just stops the confusion in the kitchen and mostly customer who pre order during closed hours order to collect or have it delivered as soon as we open.
