product reporting in time sections

to have the option of product report broken down into time of the day, some places we go we serve from 12-9pm and when stock is getting low we have to physically count the items on the tickets to work out how many buns/burgers we have left, where as if i could do a report for the orders placed 5-8pm would be a lot quicker and rule out any errors of mis counting
