Remove the discount box

I think it would be a good feature to be able to remove the “discount code” section at checkout.

Primarily because the visibility of it may prompt people to think discounts may be available, and create hesitancy at purchase.

It would be great if the box could be toggled on/off so as to remove that, for businesses that wish to never operate with discounts.
