🎉 You can now set a limit on discount codes per customer. You can now use one single code in marketing campaigns and on print material and set the limit to 1 use per customer to prevent abuse.
N.B. We make checkout as easy as possible for your customers, but this does mean it is possible for a customer to use a different email address and use the code times than you've set.
I've asked the same question directly, apparently it is planned. Would be an incredibly handy function.

Hi! You can't currently restrict discounts per user, but you can generate an unlimited number of discount codes to share with each customer. To save time, we can import your list of discounts with specific restrictions for you! i.e. the code could be "surname10" for a one time 10% discount. Reach out to [email protected] or to your account manager for assistance 😀
