Stock Removal

When we add say 5 of product X to our menu and someone orders it, the quantity stays at 5 until I accept it which is an issue for a busy shop as I can’t always be online to accept an order meaning its over purchased.
As soon as the quantity have been ordered they should show as 0 or whatever is left as I’m always having to phone customers to inform them we have now sold out.
