The Ability to Set Delivery Day Based on Day Order is Placed

It will be great if it's possible to set a delivery day for an order based the day its placed. For example we cook fresh to order food and deliver within 48 hours (2 Working Days) but do not deliver on Saturdays or Sunday. Currently, if a customer orders on Thursday the system will show delivery for Saturday, if a customer orders on Friday it will show delivery for Sunday and so on.
The issue is the delivery date for orders placed on Thursday, Friday and Saturday will be Tuesday or Wednesday as we will not cook those orders until Monday.
We love you application and am sure that there is more to come but in this day were more customers are demand fresh food they can store, it will be great to have more flexibility and control for delivery times on the backend to say for example if order received this day, display delivery date to show something like Delivery by a day or date.
