It would be great if there was a separate collection button that staff could press to tell customers that their order will be ready in 5 minutes. This would give the customer time to get to the cafe/restaurant and would prevent food from going cold.

    We now show a popup by default when clicking the Ready For Pickup order status. You'll be able to notify customers their order is ready now or in a number of preset minutes.
