Daily stock count control
Be able to set item limits per day rather than overall.
For example 50 of sandwich A and 30 of sandwich B available to order each day you're open. So you have more control over stock levels on a daily basis rather than overall.

We’re now implementing a daily stock feature, how important is an automatic restock function?
For example you’ll be able to set Monday = 20, Tuesday = 10 etc. But will this need to be reset on a weekly/daily basis for your use cases?

Allocate item stock for individual days
I would like to allocate stock levels for each item, for each pre order day. That way I can sell out of items ahead of time without having to ‘close’ the day off

Option for pre-orders to ignore current stock levels
Allow pre-orders to bypass current stock restrictions for items where stock levels are updated daily.

Show the original entry for stock, and remaining (e.g. 15/20 remain).
