Customers outside the delivery zone can still view the store and browse the menu, just like in Deliveroo, where users can see the menu regardless of their location, and the delivery zone is only checked at the checkout stage.

    Delivery fee loophole

    Customers are currently able to set a closer delivery address for a cheaper delivery price when they enter a postcode at the beginning but can then change it to a further away address upon checkout.

    Please prefill postcode at checkout to the original postcode entered at the beginning OR allow the delivery price to be adjusted based on the postcode entered at checkout.

    Currently customers can pay delivery fee of up to 1 mine for an address that could be 10 miles away.
