Combo's auto deduction from Itinerary

Allow Combo item orders to deduct from the individual items itinerary counters. i.e. If you list 4 single items, then list 1 combo item which is one of each of the 4 items. This needs to then deduct 1 item off each of the 4 singles itinerary.
